Refund and Returns
We aim to keep returns simple while protecting customized eyewear workflows from abuse.
Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized prescription lenses once manufactured.
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
- Items returned without proof of purchase where verification is not possible.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds should be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after return inspection.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Prescription orders may become non-cancellable once lens processing begins.
